Platform - GetFirstDibs™
mShopper's patent-pending GetFirstDibs™ (GFD) program is our consumer SMS (text) outreach tool that drives traffic to your mStore and maximizes your mobile ROI. The GFD program is included with every mStore, allowing you to send customized SMS product alerts directly to shoppers who have signed up to receive them.
Not only does it drive immediate sales (open rates exceed 90%, and most SMS are opened within 15 minutes), it also provides repetitive branding so your business is top-of-mind when a future shopping need occurs.
Here's How It Works:
1. CAPTURE
Retailers use mShopper's platform to create custom sign-up forms that can be easily posted in other marketing channels. Shoppers enter their mobile number, select a category, and enter the secure mShopper-hosted database. Shoppers then receive a sign-up confirmation text message with instructions on opting out and an mStore link to begin shopping. (Note: Data is owned by the retailer and can be accessed at any time.)
2. CREATE
Retailers select the products to feature in the alert and the opted-in audiences that will receive the alert. They write the copy and the platform inserts a shortened URL into the text message that links directly to their mStore's 'Add to Cart' page. The retailer then schedules the day and time the alert will be sent.
3. SEND
At the scheduled day and time, mShopper sends out the text alert. Unlike e-mail communications, the alert appears on top of all other communications and is typically opened within 15 minutes of receipt.
4. PURCHASE
Mobile shoppers click the text message URL and are taken to the 'Add to Cart' page for the product chosen by the retailer. Shoppers add the product to their shopping cart, log-in or create a new account, and the product is purchased with minimal clicks.
5. ANALYZE
Retailers can easily measure the effectiveness of their GetFirstDibs program, including clicks on the product link, clicks to buy, and the direct and indirect sales that resulted. Retailers also see the ROI of each campaign that they ran.
