New mShopper study answers: “What is my mobile conversion rate made of?”
mShopper is very happy to share the results of a year-long study that dissected the mobile conversion rates of more than 50 of our retailers’ mStores.
The goal? Determine the levers a retailer can use on their mStore to increase sales given the unique behaviors of a mobile shopper.
After multiple focus groups, surveys, and analysis of millions of page views and thousands of orders, we identified the mStore components with the highest correlation to the overall conversion rate.
