An effective mobile store must be feature-rich and fully customizable
We just created an updated list of our mobile store features and customizations and wanted to share with our followers.
In a nut shell, it’s essential that your mobile store (mStore) includes features built specifically for mobile shoppers. These include things such as mobile-optimized PayPal checkout, abandoned cart reminders via SMS, countdown timers for hot deals. These will lead to higher rates for add-to-cart and checkout completion.
Then, your mStore must be able to be easily customized to match many of the elements of your e-commerce site. This includes designs, layouts (i.e. the hot deals must be at the top of every page), checkout options (i.e which credit cards and alternative checkouts are accepted), copy, etc.
