David Gould - CEO

David brings 20 years of senior management, entrepreneurial, and finance experience to mShopper. He previously worked at Virgin Mobile USA where he managed that Company's Mobile Content activities. The Virgin Mobile Content Group generated more than $60 million per annum in 2004 revenues. Prior to Virgin Mobile, David helped launch Sundari, LLC, Christy Turlington's Ayurvedic skin care company, and ZelnickMedia, Strauss Zelnick's (the former CEO of BMG North America Entertainment) latest media venture. Prior to these, David spent five years as Chairman and CEO of lmix.com, Inc., the Internet's then leading wholesaler of personalized entertainment content. At its peak, lmix employed more than 60 persons, executed more than 250 license agreements covering more than 200,000 song titles, powered more than 150 web sites, and generated several million in annual revenues. Prominent lmix shareholders included BMG Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment, Clear Channel Communications, Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst. Previously, Gould was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch, The Apogee finance Group, and lrving Capital Corporation. Gould received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. He is a member of the national Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, an active volunteer for New York's Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and Associate Judge for the IADAS Webby Awards.
Kathryn Wardell - VP Sales

Kathryn is VP of Sales at mShopper. She is charged with growing mShopper's client base of retailers and servicing their mobile commerce needs. Her extensive retail insight and experience is being deployed to help mShopper's merchants develop their permissioned mobile database, market, merchandise and deliver Mobile Commerce Made Easy. She is a database and digital marketing professional. Kathryn has held positions as eBags' VP eCommerce, at Exmplar as VP Business Development & Sales of personalized email services and at Experian as Sr. Director Digital Marketing & Media. Her retail clients have included dozens of large and small merchants including: Amazon, Chefs, Dell, Disney, eBay, Gaiam, HP, Intuit, Smith & Hawken, Travelsmith, Williams-Sonoma. Her digital media clients have been the leaders in digital marketing and advertising: Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL. She worked with mobile carriers AT&T and Verizon and cable & satellite TV providers Comcast and DirectTV. At NDL/Polk she built databases for dozens of consumer products manufacturers like: Casio, Hasbro, P&G, Panasonic, Timberland, Whirlpool. She has supported dozens of retailers with their CRM integration of online and offline databases. Kathryn is delighted to join mShopper to participate in the growth of the mobile channel. At mShopper Global headquarters in Boulder she can bike to work, do yoga after work, hike in the Rockies on the weekends and enjoy the fast-paced excitement of an aggressive business in the mobile commerce space.
Stephan Cavarra - VP Engineering

Stephan Cavarra, V.P. of Engineering, brings over 20 years of experience with development teams to mShopper. He has extensive technical experience and a rich knowledge of software development methodologies. He is skilled in the creation of intelligent software design and has a proven history of high quality solutions, guiding projects from inception to multimillion-dollar ventures. His approach is collaborative and he is strongly integrated with management teams. He builds effective teams and is often involved with customers on technical and relationship issues. Stephan was most recently employed as a Sr. Development Manager, at Autodesk, for 4 years, where he managed over 50 people in off-shore, remote and local teams for IT Application Development. Previous to Autodesk, Stephan worked for DataForce Systems as Director of Development, QA and IT where he managed a team in the creation, delivery and support of high quality software for the temporary staffing industry, focused on high volume, transactional based, payroll processing. Stephan's development career spans working for Hewlett-Packard, Visionary Design Systems, 3D/EYE, and Alventive where he worked on a variety of award-winning software products, including 2D and 3D software, internet-based applications for the collaborative product design market, and Enterprise-wide Product Data Management solutions. In his spare time he is a private pilot and a Captain in the Civil Air Patrol. A Colorado native, he enjoys outdoor activities and the almost 300+ days of sunshine found in Boulder, home of mShopper's world headquarters.
Ken Barber - VP Marketing

Ken is responsible for managing mShopper's web and mobile sites and all B2C and B2B marketing campaigns. Before joining mShopper, Ken spent seven years providing digital marketing strategy, implementation, and analytics for advertising agencies specializing in digital marketing (Digitas), branding and PR (Pure Brand Communications), and retail and promotional marketing (Integer). With an additional background as a Standard & Poor's Economist for 6 years and an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, Ken approaches marketing from a strategic, analytic, and ROI side. On a local level, Ken created the Denver Business Journal's first digital marketing column, started Denver's first LinkedIn group for digital marketing professionals, and serves as a digital marketing advisor to CU's Business School.
David Tabb - Creative Director

David is responsible for managing the design, usability, functionality, and new feature development of mShopper's B2B, B2C, and mobile sites. Before joining mShopper, Dave worked at one of the nation's largest retail-focused advertising agencies (Integer) helping design e-commerce sites for P&G and MillerCoors. Dave also ran his own web design consulting business for two years focusing on small businesses. Dave graduated from The Art Institute of Colorado with a degree in Interactive Media & Web Design and has additional expertise in photography and videography.
Craig Franzblau - Director, Marketing & Performance Services Group

Craig is a Marketing/Advertising account leader who has experience working on various blue chip clients such as Pfizer, Verizon, Mercedes-Benz and Ferrero/Tic Tac USA. He is a consumer visionary who impacts brands from the earthy conceptual phase through final production into the market place. With small, medium and large advertising agency experience Craig brings diverse big brand and retail strategy insights, traditional (broadcast, print and outdoor) and interactive project management. At mShopper Craig adds value to all things Marketing including various B2B, B2C, social media and mobile initiatives along with product development/research. In addition Craig has become a resourceful gluten-free natural food blogger (The Gluten Free G) via the GlutenFreeG.blogspot.com and Twitter.com/GlutenFreeG. Both blogs focus on providing impactful gluten-free content to like-minded followers without overwhelming them with excessive, spam-like posts. Check it out.
Eileen Stout - Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development for mShopper, Eileen is responsible for strategic partnerships and channel management relationships with firms that service the brand marketing and retail worlds. Strategic partner firms include companies that help retailers and brands sell more and extend their reach. mShopper's partner program leverages best of breed partners to deliver managed growth and increased profitability through partnerships and channels.

Prior to mShopper, Eileen has an extensive background working in ecommerce, focusing on strategic account development and partnerships for online retailers and marketplaces. Eileen has held the position of Strategic Partner Liaison for Overstock.com Auctions and VP of Strategic Partners at Bid4Assets.com, a specialty auction marketplace. Prior to Overstock, Eileen was the VP of Sales for Infopia, an ecommerce platform for small and medium merchants. Eileen has many contacts in the online retail world, and also has extensive knowledge of and contacts in the service industry that supports brands and retailers, such as search marketing, email, ecommerce platform, shopping cart providers, and other ecommerce infrastructure companies.

Ned Shannon - Director of Sales

Ned is responsible for growing mShopper's client base and helping merchants strategically implement their mobile marketing programs and increase ROI. He is a multi-channel marketing expert with over 20 years experience working with some of the largest brands including: Staples, 1800flowers.com, IAC, Marriott, The Home Depot, New Line Cinema/Warner Brothers, and many more. Prior to joining mShopper, Ned has held positions as VP Business Development, MGI, Inc., VP Sales/Client Service, Exmplar, Inc., and at Experian Marketing Services. Ned adds a wealth of experience and joins an innovative Sales & Service team offering cutting edge solutions in the #1 growth channel for merchants -- mobile!
Jan Carroza - Director of Sales

Jan brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience from traditional to direct response ad campaigns and beyond into internet marketing, social media and web development projects. This lends itself well to helping mShopper's retail customers who wish to add mobile marketing to their channel mix. Among Jan's DRTV clients were M&M Mars, Braun, Eureka, Ronco, Soloflex, Time/Life, Volvo, American Express Financial Advisors and Kemper Financial Services. Her Internet clients include: iPowerWeb, HP, Columbia House, DentalPlans, Blockbuster. Her traditional ad experience spans clients like Sears, Blue Cross and Tandy's Color Tile division among others. Jan likes mShopper's cutting edge mobile business model, which makes it fast, easy and affordable for retailers to get up and selling in the growing mobile channel. Marketing tools integrated into the platform help merchants opt-in loyal consumers who wish to receive SMS alert messages. Her career-long interest has been to stay on top of new ways to increase sales while reducing the average cost per sale. This transfers well to educating mShopper clients to our Mobile Commerce Platform and services. Jan has spoken at many retail, advertising, Internet and broadcasting industry conferences. She actively writes blog posts about mobile marketing as well articles for print and online trade magazines like DRTV's Response Magazine. Jan's B.A. is from Southern Illinois University in Radio/TV.
Matt Monney - Director of Sales

Matt is responsible for selling mShopper's SaaS mobile solution to clients in the Midwest. He helps those clients achieve increased conversion rates and increased top line revenue with the mShopper platform. Prior to joining mShopper Matt was Regional Director of Affiliate Sales at Comcast Networks. He also has held Merchant Development and Account Management positions at SHOP.COM and QVC respectively. Matt is thrilled to be able to bring his wealth of e-commerce and retail experience to mShopper. He is excited about the cutting edge mobile technology and complete solution that mShopper offers its' merchant clients in their number one area of growth......their mobile channel!
Jennifer Spinney - Junior Art Director

Jennifer joins mShopper as a Junior Art Director, and is primarily focused on creating beautiful design assets for mShopper's multiple marketing channels. Before joining mShopper, Jennifer studied Advertising at Boston University and received a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Cum Laude in May 2010. After moving to Denver from Maine shortly after graduation, she earned a second degree from The Art Institute of Colorado in Interactive Media & Web Design in 2011. Jennifer is in the process of moving to beautiful Boulder from Denver and is completely obsessed with reading fitness and beauty magazines, her smartphone, and well-designed websites.
Stella - Human Resources

Stella's primary role is to sniff out new hires. She is also responsible for greeting the mail man, cleaning up dropped food, snoring loud enough to interrupt conference calls, and barking at imaginary sounds under desks.
